“Several of the students that participated,
I saw them developing, being able to express themselves within their communities. Learning how to talk about their lives and their histories and their backgrounds. Some of our quieter students, I saw them learn how to express themselves through photography and learn how to look at themselves as creative and think that they have things to offer and that their perspective is unique and valuable.”

FOR SCHOOLS & DISTRICTS
Professional Development That Strengthens Well-Being, Reflection, and Connection
A research-backed professional learning experience that equips educators and staff with creative tools to strengthen reflection, connection, and confidence — both in themselves and in their classrooms.
WHY IT MATTERS
Educators today are carrying more than ever. Between burnout, increased behavioral needs, and constant change, many struggle to find space for reflection and renewal. 100cameras Professional Development offers that space, helping teachers reconnect with their purpose while learning new tools to support student well-being and creativity.
Through guided photography and storytelling activities, participants experience the same methodology students do, learning first-hand how creativity can serve as a bridge to emotional health, confidence, and community connection. The result is both personal and professional: educators leave renewed and ready to translate the approach into their classrooms.
Independent research conducted with United Nations institutions (UNIDIR & UNICEF) found that programs using this methodology help participants develop greater optimism, stronger belief in their ability to make a difference, and higher confidence in expressing feelings. These are outcomes directly tied to educator well-being and student success.
