work for good.
the 1st employee campaign.
With just a volunteer staff, 100cameras has grown dramatically from idea to action over the past two years. With your help, we have had the honor of capturing the gripping story of communities through the perspective of a child, depicting the raw and untainted splendor of human dignity and the tragedy of poverty in vivid photographic reality. And then we share their stories and ask you to help. Through the support of you and other generous individuals, we are able to give 100% of the money earned from the children’s photography back to their local organization so that it can be used to create positive change.
Our organizational outreach and growth have grown rapidly, and the 100cameras team is determined to keep up! The Work for Good Campaign aims to raise $120,000 in order to fund our first full-time position for two years. We have volunteer executives that will continue to assume their important leadership roles. But right now, we need a full-time builder.
Join the movement during the excitement of the early days by donating to Work for Good so that we can reach more children with the power of photography and create positive change in more communities. We hope you can make a donation today and pledge a matching donation in 6 months. In our effort to surpass our goal of $120,000, we consider your pledge to donate again in 6 months just as important as your donation right now. This commitment will be considered of the success of Work for Good.
In the coming year, we expect BIG things from 100cameras. But we know that we can only achieve this greatness with your support! Join us and become a building block of 100cameras.

the good news.
Why now? To better understand this need, just take a deeper look into the internal analysis of the organization's infrastructure. Currently, 100cameras operates entirely during the non-working hours of the four executive staff members, and we have reached the tipping point where 100cameras needs more attention. This growth is exciting! But it can only be managed by a full-time employee. Just imagine what limits can be surpassed with someone at the helm full-time.
-
the builder.
Who will be the first of the builders to go full-time? We believe in the mission of our partners, the voice of the children they work with, and the power of photography. All of which is at the heart of every team member and what we do. But efficiently transforming this united force into an organization that will grow our bandwidth, and ultimately our longterm effectiveness to continue to empower positive change for our children's communities and be a good steward of your support, requires specific expertise and drive. Transparency is important, so please read all about the expectations and job description of our first full-time builder.

the impact.
show me the blueprints! Our first full-time builder will seek to fundraise an additional $120,000 in the first year, enabling us to cover operational costs that expand our reach as well as salaries for additional employees. Check out our plans to increase numbers and to engage the masses.
